Jasri Beach
Jasri Beach is one of the beaches that has the potential to become a surfing destination. If you are staying in Candidasa, Jasri Beach is about a 20-minute drive to the east.
This beach is located on the next right after the white sandy beach of Perasi, also known as the Virgin beach.
Simply follow the road that is surrounded by coconut greenery and you will arrive at Jasri Beach. If you get lost, simply ask the villager of Jasri Beach and they will gladly guide you.
The beach of Jasri, like most of the east Bali beach locations, is surrounded by large and small volcanoes and black rock. This beach has black beaches with some of the best views of a mountain range to the north, as well as fantastic waves.
Jasri Beach Location
Jasri Beach is located east of Candidasa and takes about 20 minutes to reach if traffic is light. It’s not difficult to find because the signs are straightforward.
Simply follow the main road out of Candidasa until you reach a junction. Turn right here and follow the small street surrounded by greenery. You will arrive at the beach at the end of this street.
Jasri beach is one of Bali’s surfable beaches. The best thing about this beach is that not many surfers are aware of it. If you want to have the waves to yourself, this is the beach for you.
Some days, there are a lot of surfers, mostly locals and some Japanese surfers who have discovered the waves, but the number is still small.
The waves here come in from the right and are suitable for both novice and experienced surfers. Simply be cautious when entering or leaving the beach because it is very rocky and can cause minor injuries.

Jasri Activities
Other than surfing, Jasri doesn’t have much to offer in terms of entertainment. That’s why you’ll like it. We had the entire resort almost to ourselves, so we immersed ourselves in the atmosphere and did almost nothing. It was complete bliss.
Who Will Enjoy Jasri in Bali?
So, if you’re tired of visiting the same places in Bali over and over, get off the beaten path and discover the authentic Bali in Jasri. We discovered our paradise after several trips to our favorite island. The surf kept us entertained, the food was delicious, and while you couldn’t swim safely on the rocky beach, the surf was pretty good.
Jasri Beach Verdict
We will return to Jasri time and time again. It is our favorite place to stay on Bali because of the low cost, the lovely people, the peace and tranquillity, and the stunning scenery.
There is simply no fuss here. The breeze gently swaying in the tall palms as you recline overlooking the beautiful ocean will enchant you and provide an absolute escape from your daily life.
