Sanur Reef is located in Sanur Area, in front of Bali Beach Resort to be exact. Sanur Beach is another long beach like Kuta with very small waves on the shores where some locals and foreigners do some kayaking on the shores, so there is no way anyone can surf on the shores of Sanur beach like what people do in Kuta.

To get to Sanur Reef surfers must go further to the ocean from near Bali Beach Resort, it can be reached by local fisherman’s boat which takes only about 10-15 minutes to get there. You will find some of the best waves in Sanur Reef and it worth the trip.

 

 

 

SURF IN SANUR REEF

Sanur Reef is another exciting place to surf in Bali. Sanur beach is located on the east side of Bali and it has white sands and is the place to watch the sunrise, so it is the opposite of Kuta where it is located in the west side of Bali and is the place to see sunset.

Sanur Reef offers nice wave curls which is suitable for experienced surfers. The reefs I refer here is not dangerous reefs sticking out from the ocean that may harm surfers but it was referring to reefs and corals around the area which are attraction to some divers and snorkelers.
